LAURA The proud owner of Studio One since 1993, Laura leads her team with compassion, warmth and creativity. Known lovingly by her team as the “Best Boss”, Laura takes a hands on approach to running the business. She is very involved in the day to day operations, while maintaining a vast client base. With over 24 years in the industry, Laura is a top notch hairdresser. She loves to get creative and transform her client’s looks with color, and loves the ever changing nature of her craft.
Laura is very involved in education, and has completed several courses with the Redken Exchange including the Redken Master Specialist Program. She was awarded the “Designers Award” from Martin Parsons, and has attended the Paul Mitchell Hair Camp. |
KRISTEN A native of the Hudson valley, Kristen has over 16 years experience behind the chair. She didn’t aspire to be a hairdresser, but she gave it a go and it has turned out to be something that she truly loves. Kristen enjoys cutting hair, she is great at coloring, and when it comes to formal styling, she rocks! Every year, Kristen breaks her own record of Bridal services. She continues to better herself by attending higher education classes at the Redken Exchange, Paul Mitchell and has been certified as a Keratin Complex Hair Therapy technician. |
JULIE With over 22 years experience behind the chair, Julie is one of our most adored stylists. A rather permanent fixture in the salon, Julie is busy from the time she comes in, until the time she leaves. She loves transforming her client’s looks with color and highlights and Julie is a master when it comes to layers and long hair. Throughout her years in hairdressing, she has received Redken Awards for color and cutting, and has attended classes at Paul Mitchell. Julie is a native of the Hudson Valley. |
AMANDA Amanda comes from a long line of hairdressers, so naturally, hairdressing is in her blood. Born and raised in Kingston, NY, she grew up in an artistic atmosphere, and desires the creativity that doing hair gives her. Amanda gets most creative when doing updo’s and formal styling as well as hair color. Her haircutting specialty is the “Graduated Bob”. Along with cutting and coloring hair, Amanda also does nails and waxing.
Amanda is certified in the Keratin Complex, and continues to educate herself with classes in new techniques. |
LISA CHASE PACHECO Originally from Queensbury, NY, Lisa moved to the Hudson Valley back in 1995. After years working as a bartender, Lisa decided to go back to school and fulfill her dream of being a hairdresser. She started her hairdressing career with the Regis Corporation, working her way up to management, and earning the prestigious “Directors Award”. She joined our team 2 years ago and has become a much loved member of the Studio One family. Lisa does it all, cut and color, perms, Keratin straightening and waxing. And, when she’s done working her magic on your hair, she can fix you a killer drink! |
ERIN Taking great pride in her work, Erin’s motto is “quality, not quantity”. Her client’s satisfaction is her main priority and she loves seeing them leave with a smile. Erin’s passion lies in coloring hair. She has studied lots of color theory and truly believes “you can’t understand the art of color, until you understand the science behind it”. Erin has completed cutting courses at The Vidal Sassoon Academies in both Miami and Santa Monica, and is a certified Keratin Technician. She is a native of the Hudson Valley. |
JAMIE Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Jamie has always had a passion for doing hair. After years of experimenting on friends and family, Jamie decided to get serious and make a career for herself. She loves cutting and coloring hair best, but enjoys the other aspects of cosmetology as well. Whether it is cut, color, waxing, or nails, Jamie's got you covered. She has attended Redken color and cut classes as well as classes on the Keratin Hair Treatments. |
ELAINEWith over 21 years in the industry, Elaines motto is "Making everyone look and feel Beautiful at any age". Having traveled to Manhattan and England for extensive training has kept Elaine current with the latest cut & color techniques. Elaine is a Certified Organics colorist as well as
specializing in Pedicures and waxing. |
